We aim to provide a helpful and easy to use way for our customers to order from us. If you feel we have not succeeded in doing this please let us know. It is only by receiving your feedback that we can constantly improve the quality of our service. Thank you for shopping with us.

Delivery Our aim is to process all orders within 2 working days of receipt on our premises and dispatch by ROYAL MAIL - RECORDED DELIVERY, which takes from three to five working days. However, during peak periods or unavailability of stock, the sheer volume of work might entail slightly longer delivery periods, therefore please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Once items have been dispatched you can request another e-mail with you Recorded Delivery Tracking Number on it.

Export All overseas customers including Channel Islands, the appropriate carriage cost will be charged plus insurance. If addtional postage is required and surcharge invoice will be sent via paypal.

Returns Policy - As long as products are returned to us in new condition and with original packaging, we are happy to exchange garments for different sizes or colours. We do recommend that when return your items send them back by recovered delivery, so that you have proof of your returns (this is non-refundable and the choice is yours).

Guarantee New Goods - if on receipt you are not completely satisfied, simply return the goods unused within 7 days for a full refund. We regret carriage charge is not refundable Faulty Goods - On receipt of your parcel you will find a 'Returning Goods' leaflet. keep it safely and, should you need to return any faulty items please follow the instructions

Prices - These prices apply to customers in UK mainland and all other EEC members. For Channel Islands, BFPO and all other countries, VAT does not apply. As a guide, multiply our DISCOUNT PRICE by .851 to obtain the price excluding VAT. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. Prices ruling on the day of dispatch shall apply.
